Lissette McPhillips Esq.

Ms. McPhillips, a founding member of the Firm, concentrates her practice in the area of business transactions. Ms. McPhillips, having been raised in Miami, Florida, graduated with honors from Columbia School of Law in New York.  Prior to moving to Miami, Ms. McPhillips worked at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.  She is also fluent in Spanish.

Michael J. Farrar Esq. 

Mr. Farrar, a founding member of the Firm, concentrates his practice in the areas of business law and commercial litigation.  Mr. Farrar also graduated with honors from Columbia School of Law in New York.  He has practiced law for over nine years and has resided in Miami, Florida for the past six years.  Prior to founding his own Firm, Mr. Farrar worked at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP and White & Case LLP.  He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and Florida.  He speaks fluent Portuguese and Spanish.
